Your use of Clara - Database of Women Artists™ in any manner acknowledges that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to follow and be bound by them. You may not do anything to restrict or inhibit another user's access to or use of Clara - Database of Women Artists™. If you refuse or fail to abide by these terms and conditions, the National Museum of Women in the Arts ("NMWA") reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Clara - Database of Women Artists™ immediately without notice. Trademark
National Museum of Women in the Arts¨, The Women's Museum¨ and Women in the Arts¨ are registered trademarks of the NMWA. The NMWA also owns a pending trademark application for Clara - Database of Women Artists™. All other trademarks displayed on Clara - Database of Women Artists™ are the property of their respective owners and nothing contained in Clara - Database of Women Artists™ shall be construed as conferring any license or right to use any trademark displayed on Clara - Database of Women Artists™. Unauthorized use of any trademark is strictly prohibited.
Copyright
All content of Clara - Database of Women Artists™, including text, images, audio and video clips, is protected by copyright law and other licensing restrictions. The NMWA owns the copyright to the design and/or arrangement of Clara - Database of Women Artists™ and may also own copyrights to material contained in Clara - Database of Women Artists™. Copyrights may also be owned by individuals and entities other than the NMWA. Copyright owners have the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, perform, display and create derivatives of their works. You may not engage in any of these activities for commercial use, publication, or any purpose other than fair use as defined under the Copyright Act without the written consent of the copyright owner.
Limitation on Use
You may search the entire content of Clara - Database of Women Artists™ and obtain search results and other related information.
