Inspired by their work she began to focus seriously on her painting. At the San Francisco Art Institute, Christina began studying film, later graduating from the University of California at Berkeley and majoring in visual art. She also worked at the Berkeley Repertory Theater and attended music classes at Laney College, Oakland. Christina maintains a strong interest in street art and musical studies, which surfaces in the physical manifestations of chaotic musical themes within her work.
