Artist's Statement:
My paintings, drawings and prints reflect my passion for color and texture, as well as organic and architectonic form. Early in my career I studied paintings by Abstract Expressionist masters. I continue to see the influence of Abstract Expressionism in my artwork, and especially the importance of translating my inner spiritual life through my images.

I continually experiment with new techniques and imagery, exploring a variety of media—-oil on canvas, monotypes, ink and charcoal, encaustic and photography. I consider myself an intense, energetic, and reflective artist and I think those characteristics resonate in my work.
